In the first hour of the Advanced Sleep Mode, the fan's starting speed is determined by your current setting, and it does not oscillate. After one hour, the fan will begin oscillating and gradually decrease its speed to prevent you from getting too cold from the constant wind. The fan will then adjust its speed based on the room temperature, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.
It is normal for the fan to exhibit this behavior when in Advanced Sleep Mode. The automatic oscillation after one hour is the default setting. During installation, please ensure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft, not the arc surface, to avoid reduced air output.
If the fan seems to be malfunctioning, it could be due to an accidentally set timer. Kindly check the timer settings and try operating the fan again. Additionally, ensure that the fan is not in Advanced Sleep Mode or manually set to screen off. When the fan is in screen-off mode, the operation panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touch. To adjust the settings, you will need to press the panel twice - the first time to wake it up, and the second time to make the desired changes.
